SmartSheet - The best way I have found for project collaboration

I have been searching for a better way to manage multiple projects with logs of tags in a collaborative way. I am really impressed with SmartSheet

Smart sheet starts off feeling like a Spreadsheet and/or a MS Project task list, but then it gets interesting. Each row in the sheet can be individually emailed to someone, discussions entered for the row, file attachments and links on the rows. You can add a row to your dashboard widget also. You can then share sheets or even whole workspaces with users based on their email address. People you share projects with do not need to pay for the service.

They have a very interesting document called "The Power of Done" that sums up their philosophy.

They have a 30 day free trial that I am using and after two days I am amazed at how much is included in this Browser based SaaS application. Very intuive and well designed.
